Combine a signed contract, a scope document, and an invoice into one file a client can actually open, or pull three pages out of a forty-page brief. It runs entirely in your browser, so the documents you are merging are never uploaded to anyone.
How to use it

Add your PDFs
Choose several files at once or drop them onto the page. Each one shows its page count as soon as it loads.

Put them in the right order
Use the arrows to move a file up or down. The output follows the list from top to bottom.

Pick the pages you want
Leave the Pages field blank to keep the whole document, or type something like 1-3, 7 to take only part of it. That is also how you split a PDF: keep the pages you want and download.

Rotate anything sideways, then download
The rotate button turns a file 90 degrees at a time, which fixes scans that came in on their side. Then download the finished PDF.
Tips that make a difference
- Send clients one file, not five attachments. A single "Project - Contract and Scope.pdf" gets opened; five attachments get skimmed.
- Put the thing you want read first at the top. Most people read page one and skim the rest.
- To split a document, add it once and enter the page range you want to keep. Add it a second time with a different range to produce the other half.
- Rotation is applied on top of whatever the page already had, so a landscape page stays landscape when you rotate the rest.
- Large scans are slow because everything is processed on your own machine. That is also why nothing is uploaded.

Is this PDF merger really free?
Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark, and no page limit. The merging happens in your browser using JavaScript, so there is no server cost to pass on to you.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. This is the main difference between this tool and most online PDF services. Your files are read and rewritten entirely on your own device, so a signed contract or an unpaid invoice never leaves your machine.
How do I split a PDF into separate files?
Add the PDF, type the page range you want to keep in the Pages field, and download. Repeat with a different range for the other part. There is no separate splitter because keeping a subset of pages is the same operation.
Can I reorder pages inside a single PDF?
You can reorder whole documents with the arrows, and select page ranges within each one. To move a specific page to the front, add the same file twice and give each copy a different page range.
Is there a file size limit?
Each file can be up to 50 MB. Because everything runs locally, the practical limit is your device memory rather than an upload cap.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?
Files that are merely flagged as protected will usually open. Genuinely encrypted files cannot be read without the password, and the tool will tell you which file it could not open rather than failing the whole batch.
