Privacy and limits

Your file is read locally by your browser and is not uploaded to FreelancerKit. Preview is limited to files up to 10 MB, 1,000 rows, and 100 columns so a large file cannot freeze the page.

Common questions

Is my Excel file uploaded?

No. The workbook is unzipped and read in your browser, and its contents are not sent to FreelancerKit.

Can it open old .xls files?

Not currently. Save an older .xls workbook as .xlsx first, then open the new copy in this viewer.
